Real Finance Training That Actually Works
We've spent years working inside Bulgarian corporations, seeing what really happens when the spreadsheets close and decisions get made. Now we teach what we learned the hard way.
No theory-heavy lectures or outdated textbook examples. Just practical skills from people who've been there, done that, and can show you exactly how it works.

How We Actually Teach This Stuff
Forget sitting through endless PowerPoints about theoretical frameworks. We built our approach around real scenarios from actual Bulgarian companies.
Case-Based Learning From Real Companies
Every lesson starts with an actual situation from a Bulgarian corporation. We use real financial statements, real market conditions, and real problems that needed solving. You'll work through scenarios like restructuring debt for a Sofia manufacturing company or analyzing cash flow for a tech startup in Plovdiv.
Hands-On Problem Solving
Theory comes second. We give you messy data, conflicting information, and tight deadlines – just like real corporate life. You'll build financial models that actually get used, not just graded. Our approach focuses on making decisions with incomplete information and defending your analysis to skeptical stakeholders.
Industry-Specific Context
Bulgarian markets work differently than textbook examples from London or New York. We cover local regulations, banking relationships, and market dynamics that matter here. You'll understand how Bulgarian corporate structures affect financial analysis and what investors actually look for in this region.

What We Learned in Corporate Finance
Between 2018 and 2024, we worked as senior analysts for three different corporations in Sofia and Plovdiv. We've seen successful IPOs, messy acquisitions, and everything in between. The most valuable lesson? Textbook finance and real-world finance are completely different animals.
Real corporate finance involves politics, incomplete data, and impossible deadlines. We learned to build models that executives actually trust, present findings that don't get ignored, and spot red flags that others miss. These aren't skills you pick up from reading academic papers.

Corporate Analysis SpecialistWhy Traditional Finance Education Falls Short
Most finance courses teach you to calculate ratios and build perfect models with clean data. But in real corporate environments, you're working with conflicting information from different departments, outdated systems that don't talk to each other, and executives who change their minds halfway through your analysis.
We discovered that successful analysts develop pattern recognition skills that can't be taught through lectures. You need to see dozens of real situations, make mistakes, and learn to trust your judgment when the numbers don't tell the whole story.
